Why me?
I’ve always loved being active - but there were plenty of times I didn’t have it all together.
Bad routines, letting myself go a bit, falling into that loop of starting strong… then losing it just as fast.
I’d tell myself I’d get back on track, but life always got in the way.
Work, weekends, nights out… you know how it goes.
Eventually, I hit a point where I just wanted to feel good again.
Not perfect.
Just more in control, more confident, more me.
That’s when I took a different approach to fitness - one that complemented my life instead of taking it over.
And when I did, the difference was like night and day.
For the first time, I was fit, confident, and still living life on my terms.
Now I coach lads who want that same balance.
